As the admin of your Scale Dino account, you have access to edit not only your personal information (such as name, title, mobile number, etc.), but also the information which will show for everyone on the signature (company logo, website, address, etc.) The Scale Dino account is split into 2 sections to easily update the relevant information - Company Details and Personal Details.
Company Details
Anything filled out on the Company Details tab will show for any user who has been assigned that specific signature template.
Company details include things like:
- Company name
- Office phone/fax
- Mailing address
- Website
- Company tagline or motto
- Logo*
- Social media pages
*You can choose to have either a company-wide logo in the signature or allow each user to upload a personal headshot. If you want a headshot select Personal Image."
